Digitize the logistics industry with us as a working student IT Support (m/f/d) at our location:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation & provision of customer hardware (installation, configuration, shipping, documentation).
- Support of global customer hardware and support.
- Processing the tasks in an ITSM (tickets).
- Handling warranty and repair cases with the manufacturers.
- Working in project teams and carrying out small projects.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Ongoing studies with a focus on computer science.
- High affinity for IT infrastructure topics.
- Quick comprehension and structured way of working.
- C1 language skills in English and min. A2 language skills in German.
- Initial experience in IT system administration is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Driving license class B is an advantage.
