Digitize the logistics industry with us as Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)
DEINE TÄTIGKEITEN:
- Installation and deployment of customer hardware, including setup, configuration, shipping, and documentation
- Management and support of global customer hardware
- Handling tasks within an ITSM system (ticket processing)
- Managing warranty claims and repair cases with manufacturers
- Collaborating in project teams and executing small-scale projects

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on computer science
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure topics
- Fast learner with strong analytical skills
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in IT system administration is a plus but not required
- Driver’s license (Class B) is advantageous
- Work location: Hamburg
