Digitize the logistics industry with us as IT Business Analyst (w/m/d)
Analyzing requests, existing processes, and advising and quoting on solutions that enable operations and customers to work more efficiently by visualizing data in real time.
Expanding our relationships with existing customers, strengthening our service offering and using it as a sales argument to win new customers with data solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Contact person for all business units with regard to EDI and API connection requests, this includes consulting, transferring and designing the requirements as well as creating a decision template
- Analysis of the forwarding and application processes
- (Partial) project management
- Coordination of internal & external stakeholders during the entire project life cycle
- You represent the company professionally to internal and external customers and demonstrate presentation skills that help secure business through our IT capabilities
- You show initiative in tackling practical problems, ensure issues are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner, implement actions to address identified weaknesses to refine and improve processes and procedures
- You will be responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of training events

- Ability to hold effective one-on-one meetings and discussions in front of groups of internal and external customers
- Ability to follow appropriate procedures and processes
- Ability to work independently in a multitasking environment and as part of the team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Completed vocational training or studies in a logistics or IT related field or freight forwarding experience
- Experience in (partial) project management
- Experience in requirements analysis and creation of functional specifications
- Communication and analytical skills
- Preferably basic knowledge of file formats such as xml, json, EDI structures
- Experience in Teamwork, Lobster or Infor is desirable
