Digitize the logistics industry with us as Head of International IT Operations (m/f/d) at our Hamburg location.
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and manage multiple national and international IT Operations teams, both functionally and disciplinarily.
- Drive the further development of the international IT Operations strategy and ensure its successful operational execution.
- Oversee and continuously optimize global service delivery processes to ensure outstanding service quality.
- Analyze existing organizational, operational, and process structures, identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement effective governance, reporting, and controlling structures for international IT operations.
- Lead strategic change, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure the efficient, scalable, and customer-focused delivery of managed services.
- Collaborate closely with executive management, international customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the international organization.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of leadership experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management, or Managed Services, ideally within an international environment.
- Proven experience leading distributed and/or international teams.
- Strong expertise in ITIL-based IT Service Management and in building and developing service organizations.
- Experience analyzing, standardizing, and optimizing business and IT processes.
- Strong knowledge of KPI development as well as reporting and controlling frameworks.
- Experience managing transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong customer focus combined with a solid understanding of business and commercial objectives.
- Business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
