Digitize the logistics industry with us as a Senior CargoWise Help Desk Support (f/m/d) - Remote
  • You are responsible for the handling of customer tickets.
  • You will be required to be part of rotational out of hours cover
  • You will need to familiarize yourself with the customer processes to support correct ticket handling
  • You will be responsible for training other team members in key areas of CargoWise, including creation of internal guides
  • You proactively ensure that you stay up to date with new CargoWise software developments
  • You support continuous system testing for software upgrades

  • You have several years of experience in CargoWise and freight forwarding. Ideally with experience in a support desk role.
  • Extensive knowledge of CargoWise, preferably with CCP certification
  • You have a strong understanding of the usage of technology and its applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • You build trust quickly and reliably through your good analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You can structure yourself very well independently and have the ability to deal with intercultural teams
  • Very good English, other language skills would be of great value when dealing with international customers
